Mr. Prezioso has over 30 years experience in the IT industry and an extensive international background including work in over 40 countries.

Formerly of GE and Fujitsu, Bob also co-founded an advanced technology company in the late 1980’s which was sold to IBM in 1991. The intellectual property asset sale included 2 patents Bob authored that were issued in the US, Europe and Japan and continue today to contribute to the state-of-the art.

In 2002 Bob founded iDF Professional Services and forged a joint marketing venture with Hewitt Associates serving Hewitt’s largest global clients engaged in M&A transactions, Joint Ventures, Corporate divestitures and spin-offs.

In particular, iDF provides highly specialized services for clients needing to build standalone HR and Payroll delivery operations on a global scale.

It is this experience and vantage point to the global payroll markets that Bob brings to the formation and direction of GlobalPay.
