James is responsible for the overall sales vision and strategy of GlobalPay. He will oversee all sales and marketing initiatives for every aspect of the sales cycle, including prospect campaigns, pipeline management, channel formation and all other business development efforts.

James brings to GlobalPay over ten years of technology, product management and sales experience in the HRMS and HCM industry. He has held key positions at HRSoft, ADP and OnlineBenefits and has worked with large numbers of organizations from every market segment to implement strategic HRMS and HCM software tools. Past clients include EDS, Capital One, McKesson Corporation, Pfizer, Verizon Wireless, TD Banknorth, Wild Oats, Fluke (a wholly owned subsidiary of the Danaher Corporation), Kinray and many more. During his career, Jim has enjoyed tremendous success in building and subsequently growing direct to employer sales channel, particularly within the 1,000 – 10,000 employee range.
