With focus on global compliance, John will direct development, project management, and customer implementation and support, as well as overall operational responsibility. He will work very closely on legal and Service Level Agreements at the client and outsourced development levels,and provide regular communication to the Board.

He has an extensive senior management background, successfully guiding effective capital management in both growth and turnaround settings. With experience in highly regulated industries, John has overseen industry and governmental regulatory compliance. In preparation of an IPO, he provided internal and external risk assessment and implemented operations’ practices and policies, while providing input to the Board of Directors.
